Sign-ups are now open a little early at the 2019 AO3 Collection.

They will remain open until 9PM EDT September 25 2019

You must be logged into an AO3 account to sign up. Remember you can shoot us an email at femslashexmod@gmail.com and we can help you out with an invitation if you do not already have an account.

Don't forget to check out the fandom promotion post for ideas and to promote your own favourite fandoms throughout sign-ups.

Go over the rules one more time before starting your sign up, and remember to check the 2019 Tagset when choosing your fandoms and relationships. A quick reminder of the important points:

Requests

• You may request 3-10 fandoms from the tagset.


• For each request, you may choose 1-3 mediums (Fanart, Fanfic, and/or Fanvid)


• For each fandom, you may request 1-10 relationships from the tagset. If you choose to request any relationship, double-check the tagset and make certain that you're willing to receive any relationship listed in that fandom.


• You will match on at least one fandom, relationship, and medium.


• Remember that providing additional information can help your creator give you a gift you'll love, but that most details in the description section or letters will be considered optional. Please refer to the rules for more information if you're unsure about what may or may not be an optional detail!

Offers

• You may offer 3-10 fandoms from the tagset.


• For each offer, you may choose 1-3 mediums (Fanart, Fanfic, and/or Fanvid)


• For each fandom, you may offer 1-10 pairings from the tagset. If you choose to offer any relationship, double-check the tagset and make certain that you're willing to create for any relationship listed in that fandom.


• You will match on at least one fandom, relationship, and medium.

Don't forget...

• Check the Uncategorised and the No Media sections of the tag set for extra fandoms, crossovers, and original work tags. If you'd like to offer crossovers and would prefer to read a list of pairings rather than try to read the tagset directly, keep an eye on the community and a spreadsheet will be posted soon.


• Occasionally relationships you want might not appear in the drop-down menu despite already being in the tagset for that fandom. If that happens, please copy and paste the relationship you want from the tagset, taking care to ensure that you've copied it exactly.


• You may edit your sign up as much as you like between now and the close of sign-ups.


• Please read over your sign-ups one last time before they close. After all, what if you ticked the wrong box?


• If you write a Dear Creator letter, you can share them at our letters post!


• Your assignment will need to be completed and posted by 9PM EDT on November 9. Please consider carefully whether you will be able to commit to that deadline before signing up.

Sign ups are open, which means it's time for Dear Creator letters.

Make sure to include your AO3 username, fandoms and pairings as well as the letter link.

Please wait until after you have completed/unlocked your letter post before commenting here.

You can include additional pairings in your letter if you have more than ten pairings you like in a fandom. You can also request f/f/m poly ships in your prompts as long as they aren't the only prompts for the f/f pairing. Please take care to make sure any such prompts are clearly optional and include more information about the pairings that are actually in your sign up so your creator doesn't feel bad about being unable to write a pairing if they matched with you on something else.

Please also be respectful of other participants if they have different preferences to you!
