Sign-Ups Are (Temporarily) Re-Opened
Since AO3 went down like the Hindenburg and did not come back until well after my modly bed time, sign-ups have been re-opened, and, to allow for people to get all their ducks in a row, they will remain open until 5 PM (PDT) tonight. After that, barring any further Three Stooges-style disasters, matching should proceed roughly as originally planned. Sorry about that, folks!
