Also, a character that's been around for 6,000 years before getting to "the love of their life" has a whole lot of ground for hookups, sad pining, fond memories, brief flaring relationships with fascinating people... And. We know that by the end Crowley and Aziraphale are *together*. We don't know the precise details of what they mean by that - nothing precludes an open relationship or friendly polyamory. (And friendly polyamory is something I enjoy.)
