Just flying through but I wanted to quickly clarify/reassure on one point - we will not be taking AO3 tags into account so there's no need to offer AO3 statistics or links either for or against eligibility. Popularity or rarity isn't an eligibility criteria in any way, and nominating characters on the basis of headcanons or genderswaps isn't within the rules.

We are only evaluating Crowley (or any character) for whether there is explicit canon or reasonable inference that the character is female or genderqueer.
