Thank you to everyone who took the time to make sure they were matchable, everybody had a potential match and we were able to send out assignments early.

Initial Pinch Hits will be posted both here and to the Google Group over the next few hours, so keep an eye out for those.

If you haven't received your assignment yet, wait a little while for AO3 to do its thing and double check your spam folder before contacting us. If you've received an assignment for something you didn't offer to create or anything else looks wrong, please shoot us an email at femslashexmod@gmail.com as soon as possible as something may have gone wrong with matching.

Because assignments have gone out quickly, don't panic if your recipient has a placeholder letter. Wait until September 28 (after sign-ups were scheduled to go out at the latest) and then you can send us an email if the letter still hasn't been unlocked or updated.

If you're still working on your letter, please try to have it updated by then and remember to link it in the Dear Creator post once it's complete. Happy creating everyone!

We're lucky to have some wonderful pinch hitters each year, and not all of them are always signed up as participants. So this is a post for our pinch hitters. We are very grateful to everyone who volunteers to help out with pinch hits, and we'd like to give everyone the opportunity to receive treats!

If you've been assigned a pinch hit, please feel free to drop some requests in a comment below. Feel free to link to a letter if you wish but you can also simply write some prompts in your comment. Both pinch hitters who have and haven't also signed up for this round are welcome to comment on this post.

Remember to include your AO3 username, the fandoms and relationships you'd like, and whether you're interested in fic/art/vids. If you have any Do Not Wants or other binding request details, make sure to mention them. You're welcome to request from the 2019 tagset, or if you missed nominations you can also request any other eligible (ie. relationships allowed under the 2019 rules) ships and fandoms.
