It usually takes AO3 a few hours to get them to everyone, so if it hasn't showed up just yet, give it a bit and check your spam filter. You can also access them via your assignments tab on the left side of your AO3 profile, or by checking the address: http://archiveofourown.org/users/YOUR USERNAME/assignments.

If a recipient (with no details in their sign-up) posts a letter placeholder that they forget to update, is it okay to ask the mods to give them a nudge? Maybe in a few days or so?

Since sign ups went out a bit early and it's a busy week for a lot of people, I'm giving people until about Wednesday to update their letters/get it together. After that, if you still don't have anything, send me an e-mail to the mod account, and I'll get ahold of your recip.
