In which one of the mods was a dork, and is sorry (last minute rules change)
Looking at how the matching will work, I have realised that the way the single pairing exception rule is set up is rather silly, and somewhat counter productive. I hope you will forgive a last minute rules change, especially those who went out of their way to comply with the bloody thing (and even more especially to the people who pointed all this out to me in the first place).

Old version:
Requester - Signups must include 3-5 fandoms from our list of nominated fandoms and participants must pick 2-6 relationships from each fandom. EXCEPTION: You may request a single pairing in ONE (1) of your fandoms, but you must have 2-6 pairings in at least three other fandoms.

Offerer - You may offer between 3-10 fandoms with between 2 and 10 pairings per fandom.

New Version:
Requester - Signups must include 3-5 fandoms from our list of nominated fandoms, and may include up to six pairings in each of those fandoms. For ease of matching, three of those fandoms MUST request at least two pairings. You may ask for single pairings in your remaining two fandoms, though obviously the more pairings you ask for, the easier matching will be.

Offerer - You may offer between 3-10 with up to 10 pairings per fandom. For ease of matching, three of those fandoms MUST offer at least two pairings. You may offer single pairings in your remaining seven fandoms, though obviously the more pairings you offer, the easier matching will be.

I apologise for the confusion and inconvenience caused both by the original rule, and by the last minute rule change. Hopefully next year will run a little more smoothly.
