Sign ups will close at 10pm Pacific Daylight Time, 25 September 2013. What time is it in Vancouver (PDT) right now?

Please double check your sign ups and your inboxes (and your spam folders). People who are not offering and requesting a minimum three fandoms with two or more pairings in each of them, will not be matched or able to participate this year. People not requesting/offering the minimum have been notified by e-mail, but double check just in case we missed you. If you signed up with a draft and meant to add things later, now is the time to fix it.

Consider, while you're reviewing your sign up, looking over the sign up summary page. Many fandoms still have either no offers or a 1:1 ratio of requests to offers. Maybe there's a needy fandom you'd feel comfortable adding to your list.

We are, as always happy to see more people to add their names to the pinch hit list. Being on the list in no way obliges you to write an a story, but it will let you know what the options are. Pinch hits will be assigned to a random name selected from everyone who tenders a claim within the first 24 hours after the pinch hit goes out, of the first person to claim it after that time. We feel that will give all time zones a better chance at things.
