Sign-ups are now open at the 2018 AO3 Collection.

They will remain open until 6PM EDT August 22 2018

You must be logged into an AO3 account to sign up. Remember you can shoot us an email at femslashexmod@gmail.com and we can help you out with an invitation if you do not already have an account.

Don't forget to check out the fandom pimping post for ideas and to promote your own favourite fandoms throughout sign-ups.

Go over the rules one more time before starting your sign up. A quick reminder of the important points:

Requests

• You may request three to ten fandoms from the list of nominated fandoms.


• For each request, do not forget that you can request Fanart, Fanfiction, and/or Fanvid.


• For each fandom you must request one to ten pairings from the list of nominated pairings. If you choose to request any pairing, double-check the list of nominated pairings for that fandom and make certain that any of the pairings listed are all right by you.


• Your match will be based on fandom, pairing, and format (i.e. fic or art or vid)


• While the description section is optional, we strongly suggest you include Do Not Wants. Any DNWs/triggers included in the description will be enforced by the mods, however all other details will be optional for your writer or artist. You can also include a link to a Dear Creator letter if you would like to provide more information.

Offers

• You may offer three to ten fandoms from the list of nominated fandoms.


• Each fandom you offer must have one to ten pairings from the list of nominated pairings. If you choose to offer any pairing, double-check the list of nominated pairings for that fandom and make certain that any of the pairings listed are all right by you.


• Again, as for requests, you can offer Fanart, Fanfiction, and/or Fanvid.

Don't forget...

• Check the Uncategorised and the No Media sections of the tag set for extra fandoms, crossovers, and original work tags. If you'd like to offer crossovers and would prefer to read a list of pairings rather than try to read the tagset directly, keep an eye on the community and a spreadsheet will be posted soon.


• Occasionally, after you select a fandom, pairings you want might not appear in the drop-down menu despite already being in the tag set. If that happens, please copy and paste the pairing you want from the tag set, but remember that you need to get it exactly the same.


• You may edit your sign up as much as you like between now and the close of sign-ups.


• Please read over your sign-ups one last time before they close. After all, what if you ticked the wrong box?


• If you write a Dear Creator letter, you can share them at our letters post!


• Your assignment will need to be completed and posted by 6PM EDT on October 6. Please consider carefully whether you will be able to commit to that deadline before signing up.

Having an issue where it's saying I need to offer three to ten fandoms for EACH offer, in addition to three to ten offers total. This would mean we're actually required to offer nine to thirty fandoms which... I assume is not the intention?

I try to sign up just now, but I'm getting the following error:
'Sorry! We couldn't save this offer because:

Offer: Your Offer must include between 3 and 10 fandom tags, but you have included 1 fandom tags in your current Offer.'

I think you might have accidentally set each slot under offers to require three fandoms at a time rather than one!

I just noticed that "Yara Greyjoy/Daenerys Targaryen" is in the tagset twice for Game of Thrones, under "GoT" and "GoT TV." Is it too late to sort this out? If not, which tag should I use?

Nobody had requested it yet, so I've removed (GoT) - you can go ahead and sign up using the (GoT TV) version.

Thanks! Couldn't spot it in the sign-ups so I've deleted the second of each set.

I'm also going to draw a line here and say as sign-ups increase, the likelihood of errors increase so we won't be making further changes to the tagset. If there's any remaining duplicates, people should either pick the first instance of the pairing in the tagset or choose both (if they have less than 10 relationships they want to request/offer) or check requests and offer to match other people.

Hello, sorry to bother you! I had nominated Sophie Devereaux / Parker for Leverage, and it appeared as a tag when I nominated it, but now the pairing is no longer there in the options for Leverage. Do you know why this happened?

Hmm, that is odd, it shouldn't have been removed but there may have been a mistake made during tagset clean up. Sorry about that! Can you link me to your nominations form (click on My Nominations from the tagset)? Nobody can request a tag that isn't in there, so I don't think it'll cause problems with existing sign-ups to copy it back in for you.

Thanks for getting back to me! I found my nominations, and I think something went wrong with them overall: I maybe didn't save them properly, so that's on me! When I click on them, I just get this entirely blank new form: https://archiveofourown.org/tag_sets/2517/nominations/new

Hey, you've got a double tag here: "Margerit Sovitre/Barbara" and "Margerit Sovitre/Barbara Saveze" in the fandom Alpennia Series - Heather Rose Jones are the same pairing.

Thanks for the heads up! We're not making any further changes to the tagset, so if you wanted to request that fandom I'd suggest either picking the first instance of the pairing in the tagset or choosing both (if you have less than 10 relationships you want to request/offer) or to check requests and plan your offer to match the tag other people request.

Hi there! I've run into an issue saving my sign-up form with both a request and an offer for the Star Wars pairing Amilyn Holdo/Leia Organa. The pairing got approved in my nominations list: https://archiveofourown.org/tag_sets/2517/nominations/85569 and it appears in the tagset as Leia Organa/Amilyn Holdo, but when I try to sign up my only options are various f/f/f pairings and it wouldn't let me save when I typed it in manually.

Glad it's working now! I'm fairly sure we had to remove some duplicates in the tagset for Star Wars, so that's why it's listed differently to your approved nomination.
