Remember that binding request details (including Do Not Wants, vid accessibility requirements, or canon gender identities/pronouns), will only be enforced by the mods if they are listed in your sign-up! If your DNWs or other details are only listed in your letter, you may wish to copy them into your sign-up before sign-ups close.

• You may request 3-10 fandoms from the tagset.


• For each request, you may choose 1-3 mediums (Fanart, Fanfic, and/or Fanvid)


• For each fandom, you may request 1-10 relationships from the tagset. If you choose to request any relationship, double-check the tagset and make certain that you're willing to receive any relationship listed in that fandom.


• You will match on at least one fandom, relationship, and medium.


• Remember that providing additional information can help your creator give you a gift you'll love, but that most details in the description section or letters will be considered optional. Please refer to the rules for more information if you're unsure about what may or may not be an optional detail!

• Check the Uncategorised and the No Media sections of the tag set for extra fandoms, crossovers, and original work tags. If you'd like to offer crossovers and would prefer to read a list of pairings rather than try to read the tagset directly, keep an eye on the community and a spreadsheet will be posted soon.


• Occasionally relationships you want might not appear in the drop-down menu despite already being in the tagset for that fandom. If that happens, please copy and paste the relationship you want from the tagset, taking care to ensure that you've copied it exactly.


• You may edit your sign up as much as you like between now and the close of sign-ups.


• Please read over your sign-ups one last time before they close. After all, what if you ticked the wrong box?


• If you write a Dear Creator letter, you can share them at our letters post!


• Your assignment will need to be completed and posted by 9PM EDT on November 9. Please consider carefully whether you will be able to commit to that deadline before signing up.

• Marvel Comics - Marvel Secret Wars Battleworlds and Marvel Action: Spider-Man have been nominated, and we want to confirm whether they should be approved as separate universes or combined with another fandom tag. We think Battlewords might be a separate universe based on the AO3 Marvel Comics tagging structure but we aren't familiar with either and would love to hear from any comics fans about where they belong, otherwise we will approve them as is


• Tomb Raider - pairings have been moved as needed to fit the following split: "Tomb Raider - Original Timeline", "Tomb Raider - Legend Timeline", "Tomb Raider - 2013 Timeline", or "Tomb Raider (Movie 2018)". If you nominated under an umbrella fandom tag, please double check your pairings are now listed in the correct timeline


• The Walking Dead - Telltale Video Game has been approved as a separate fandom, please let us know if this is incorrect and should be combined

If you wanted specific characters, drop us a link to your nominations page and provide us with the correct ship tag fully written out with individual character names ready to be copied into the tagset and we can enter those for you.

• Dark Crystal - we have rejected Onica/Princess Tavra as a duplicate of Onica/Tavra, but if there are indeed two Tavra's please drop us a comment


• Popular (TV) - Brooke Davis/Sam McCall has been nominated under Popular (but appears to actually be a crossover for One Tree Hill/General Hospital.) We think the Popular characters Brooke McQueen/Sam McPherson were most likely intended and will approve as such if we haven't heard from the nominator


• Wrestling - is "Professional Wrestling" the same as "World Wrestling Entertainment", and if so should "Nurse Ratchet/Buggy Nova" be combined with WWE or should the WWE pairings be moved to Professional Wrestling? We will combine all pairings under Professional Wrestling as an umbrella fandom if we haven't heard from the nominator or other wrestling fans.


• Worst Witch - All Media Types - this is the incorrect fandom under our shared universe rules, please comment with a link to your nominations page and let us know which Worst Witch you prefer otherwise the pairings of Mildred/Enid and Mildred/Ethel will be combined under Worst Witch 2017

• check your franchise against the shared universe list! Star Trek, Doctor Who, Dragon Age, and a few other franchises seem to be particularly prone. If your relationships need to be split between fandom tags based on the above list your nominations won't be approved until they're submitted under the correct fandoms

• X-Men Comics - X-Men Evolution has been approved, can the X-Men Comicsverse nominator separate by universe according to the Marvel Comics shared universe rule
