Nominations Are Open
Please read the rules before you start nominating.

In short:
  • You may nominate up to five fandoms with up to five pairings in each.

  • Both parties must be women or gender questioning/queer people you'd be comfortable writing about in a femslash challenge

  • Threesomes/Moresomes and crossovers may not be nominated (but they may be listed in optional details when you sign up).

  • Canonical Character/Original Female Character is allowed. Canonical Character/Any is not allowed

  • Please nominate comics fandoms by universe, both Doctor Who tv series together (with Big Finish, Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures separate), all Middle-Earth fandoms together under Tolkien Works, all of the Star Treks separate by series name.

If you spot any doubles, misfiled fandoms, random pairing popping up under other fandoms or pairings that don't qualify, comment here. I'm going to do my best to wrangle as I go.

Okay, ready to go? More than ready to go?

Click here to nominate some femslash.

Nominations will remain open until 10pm PDT 13 September 2013.

Rules Change
Thanks so much to everyone who left feedback on the rules. Because of it, we're making two changes.

The inclusion rule will be changed from: You may also request fic about genderqueer and gender-questioning characters with female anatomy, such as Franky from Skins UK.

to

You may also request fic about canonically genderqueer and gender-questioning characters regardless of their assigned gender, such as Franky from Skins UK, Alister/Athena from Huge, and Xavin from Runnaways.

We feel this is less biologically essentialist, and more inclusive.

Second, we're changing a couple of the allowable nomination and request/offer rules, all to the same theme.

5. Before signups, we will have a nomination period for people to pick fandoms and relationships that they would like included in the fest. Each person can nominate five fandoms and five pairings. Please only nominate fandoms that you plan to offer to write or request to have written for you. Fandoms that only have one pairing nominated by the end of the nomination period will be removed from the tag list to prevent confusion as signups require at least two pairings per fandom.

7. Requester - Signups must include 3-5 fandoms from our list of nominated fandoms and participants must pick 2-6 relationships from each fandom. EXCEPTION: You may request a single pairing in ONE (1) of your fandoms, but you must have 2-6 pairings in at least three other fandoms.

This is to allow an option for femslash communities with extremely limited female characters, while still keeping matching from being nightmarish. Please do not abuse it to get pairings you want exclusively in muli-shipping fandoms.
